i was listening to LODGER and heard this out-take which has grown on me.
I thought it doesn't really fit, sonic-wise, within the context of the album. Ostensibly, the initial tracks were recorded during the LODGER sessions and overdubs recorded perhaps when it was mixed in 1991. Does any one have any info on this song ? The drums sound too good to be recorded during LODGER. In fact, they sound electronic.

Andy

cool, thanks Moony.
when i say 'electronic drums', i mean it sounds as if the acoustic drums (dennis davis) had his drums triggered later w/ sampled drum sounds. there's no way they're the same drum sounds as on LODGER. also, i'm not hearing any sort of carlos alomar-type guitar on this track.
i think its all bowie ...

any thoughts ?
