Okey Dokey - time to lay a few ghosts & stop the rumour mill.
I paid around £40 for this, and for replica silver discs it is well worth the money. The quality is very good indeed - file based collections can get corrupted, hard drives can - and do - fail (believe me on this one as I have lost multitrack archives when an external HDD failed on me that I had not got around to backing up) so unless you have your download collection on AT LEAST 2 separate physical drives it is literally possible it can vanish at any time. Burned discs also fail on an alarmingly regular basis and therefore if you are not backed up to Linear Digital Tape (LTO is the new standard) you are not safe.

This set is worth having just to get it all in one place on discs that will not fail - and that really is that.
