What is required to collect all of the music from the Omikron soundtrack?  There was a version 1 and a version 2 floating around on CD, at one point - was there overlap on these two discs? Together, do they make a complete set? Then there's the Bureau Supply vinyl - is that a complete version?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

Graham

I'm not sure of the sources but this is how I put together my Omikron. It is a mix of at least 2 bootlegs plus I bought the official versions, as noted.

And most of those official tracks I got from the 2-disc "digibook" re-release of Hours...

And I notice I failed to include the video of The Dreamers concert performance of Something in the Air. It's just the video game cut scene of the song of course, mimed by Bowie's choreographer since Bowie didn't want to do the motion capture himself.

And if you too want to save those three music videos from the game, I recommend the captures made by Crowley9. Because everyone's computer renders these cut scenes differently due to different graphics cards and such, the colors and brightness and detail all vary tremendously. Crowley9's system rendered really saturated, Philips Hue-like colors, and no black crush. Maybe in one or two shots there is too much light but even so these are the best. Ok, one other complaint, his avatar is a big hulking guy straight out of Mad Max, and you can see that avatar in a few shots in two of the music videos. I prefer the bald alien avatar, but, you take what you are given. And you can use GenYouTube or something similar to download them in 720:
