God that's awful.
Badly named too, as it implies that we are getting Duran Duran covers of Bowie songs, which would be / could be really interesting.
Not a bloody awful mashup made from crap MP3 files by some muppet who thinks he is a DJ.

Agree Neil, as was there version of 5 years on the tribute thingy. They did do a version of Fame on one of there early albums I believe

I never heard that one.
Shame it was so bad, as I have to confess to finding Duran Duran a very interesting band in a lot of ways who have put out some really great songs (Ordinary World, Rio, Planet Earth amongst many others) who could also really cut it live.
There were some interesting spin-offs with Andy Taylor too - his album with Steve Jones (Thunder, oddly enough that album with the same title as the metal band he went on to produce as well) & John Taylor (bassist) also played with Jones on the 'Neurotic Outsiders' album, alongside Guns & Roses' Matt Sorum & Duff McKagan, with the original line-up's Steve Stevens & Billy Idol replaced by Steve Jones & John Taylor. A strange but oddly compelling album.
The other Bowie connection - loose and tenuous it may be - was the cover of 'Suffragette City' on Steve Jones' 'Fire & Gasoline' with The Cult's Ian Astbury on vocals. Another flawed album with some great moments (Freedom Fighter & the really odd version of The Pistols' Did You No Wrong)

But I digress.....
