Just wanted to know if anyone knows if there is anything unique to this release

https://www.discogs.com/release/15968845-David-Bowie-Tragic-Moments-The-Diamond-Dogs-Years

I'm guessing the Diamond Dogs intro is really Future Legend?

it all looks like 'available elsewhere'

"Diamond Dogs (David's intro promo for a proposed musical)" is from YouTube ?
the 1984 / Dodo versions are from the DVD of the Floor show out-takes ??
i doubt anything is lossless

Would this be considered the promo for the musical I wonder?

No. It's from TV ad for the DD album. An outtake perhaps.

Got it. Looks like something that can all be pieced together then.

Could it be from one of the adds on this DVD?

There really is nothing new on this at all - everything included on it is available on other titles.
That said, it's sometimes nice to have stuff 'all in one place', but this is not a disc I would recommend unless you don't already have the stuff that is included.
The 'intro' on CD 2 lasts a whole 12 seconds.....
Anyway, let's run through the content:
CD1
'Zion' (also known as 'A Lad In Vein') is on several releases here already.
The 2 Lulu tracks likewise.
Next are 3 tracks from Mick Ronson's 'Slaughter On 10th Avenue' (which everyone should own already)
5 tracks from the 1980 Floorshow recordings are next, all of which are available here.
Then we close CD 1 with Steeleye Span & (yet again) The Astronettes material.

CD2.
A unique track opens - all 12 seconds of it - of a Musical Intro. IIRC, Orwell's relatives refused permission for the whole 1984 musical.
Next 5 are the Barnes Studio 'Rock 'n' Roll With Me' takes. Available here.
The next 6 are studio cuts, some available officially on the 2CD 30th Anniversary edition of 'Diamond Dogs' and various compilations as well.
The TV ad I am sure has been seen elsewhere, possibly on the Fan Edited DVD (title eludes me) and the Dogs Tour Rehearsals are almost certainly available here.

It was George Orwell's wife who nixed Bowie's request for rights. There had been a movie made previously which she hated and she wasn't going to sell the rights for any other projects.

Thanks for all the info. I'm probably going to piece this together since it is pretty cool having it all together.
