Ordered from where? I've been searching on US Amazon but they don't seem to have it. It was shown in a limited number of theaters in the US but only in the larger cities. Seems to be a UK only release for now.

Yep, seems to be UK exclusive. I couldn't find it in any other Amazon branches either so just ended up ordering from the UK. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Strange-Journey-Story-Horror-Blu-ray/dp/B0FQ5Q6DX2

According to the forum at blu-ray.com, there is going to be a separate release for the US market.
