The album was reissued in 2024: https://www.discogs.com/release/31335232-David-Bowie-David-Bowie

The Discogs notes talk about using stereo mixes instead of mono where available.

My question is what's the most comprehensive way of finding all mixes and extras (outtakes/single variants/etc) that exist for the '67?

You state things as facts but without evidence.
In fact, according to Kevin Cann it wasn't necessarily recorded then, just first found on that tape.
Cann lists it as appearing on a demo tape sent to EMI on Friday 5 May 1967, alongside Summer Kind Of Love (Social Kind of Girl) and Everything Is You.
That's the best part of a year before the Ernie Johnson songs are first documented.
The Omega tape pretty much confirms this with the song being placed in with debut album tracks.

You are probably right, this song is included on the reel but was recorded a year earlier

a kind soul sent me a rip of an Italian version of that album
which allegedly has the Proper Mono Versions
for this issue they made them themselves - folded down ?
