Hi there,

I was wanting to add chapters of different sizes (time lengths) to an MKV file, I'd prefer non  command-line tools but a gui package. I've tried Handbrake, Chapterizer, mkvmerge with no luck.

My OS is Linux Mint 17.2

Any idea's suggestions would be great thanks

MakeMKV. Made by the same folks who make MKVmerge. If you're encoding a DVD to MKV it'll just copy the chapter markers over, but you can tweak them if you play with it a little. This may be a bit out of date, but I'm sure you can find the current version: http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=224
