When I want to capture a video stream in HD 1920 x 1080, it is often possible but without sound.
To get sound with the video,  I need to lower as 1280 X 720 or even switch to SD 640 x 480
Is this normal?

With Adobe Premiere, I can then put the sound on a full HD video but it takes time. :D

This depends on your capture card.
It should - depending on your hardware of course - be possible to get 1920x1080@24p with PCM audio.
If using Premiere (we do) you really want to get the x264 Pro plugin - it knocks the stock adobe one into the next county.

Thanks a lot for your answer.
so it's just a capture card issue.
I use a new pc cheap for downloads and an imac 2010 to work on Adobe CC.
To rip webcasts, I will see if I have the same problem using the iMac.
I use my PC to rip because I did not find good software on Mac

I have the latest version of Premiere.
I do not understand the usefulness of the x264 Pro plugin.
Could you explain to me what is it for and how to install it on my iMac when you have time?

The x264 Pro plugin is a superb toiol if you need to make mp4 video files in the best possible quality.
See their website for full trials at http://www.x264pro.com/ - it installs into Premiere/AfterEFfects CC here automatically on our production PC so I cannot help with Mac OS - on PC, it becomes available as an export media option in Premiere, Media Encoder & After Effects.

Well worth a try
