Thanks for the link - that does indeed look great. I'll ask grner1 whether or not he can integrate that footage into another updated edition of this. I know nothing about video editing.

I have mentioned this elsewhere, but that YT link is for rehearsal footage, not broadcast footage.
The rehearsal songs are almost all at 1280x720p in 29.97fps but not all - some are 640x480 NTSC SD.
All versions so far seen of the broadcast itself have been NTSC SD, usually digitized from a VHS home video capture off the TV transmission.
Hopefully someone, somewhere has the original TV Station VT reels, but the odds are high that the tapes were wiped for re-use, as oh, so many were back in the early 70's
