    Certainly something that can be added, and will probably be part of the new version of BS.
    I have just started to work on it, and I have no idea when it will be ready. All I can say is that it will take months. Some code will be re-used, some code will be borrowed from other places and the rest will be re-written. The looks of the site will probably be all new.

    I just have 2 simple wants. I'd like a "like" button for posts I like, and some more emoticons (like a "Thumbs Up" and "Thumbs Down";).

    I'd love to see an advanced search engine. If we could search in description, then one could search for song title, quality (sbd/aud), etc.

    Couple of guys in the Shoutbox have asked for audience or  soundboard qualification which is a good point as I find it useful to know this information. A rating system would be handy but of course this is only as good as the listeners ear. One person may rate it A+/ 9/10 whilst someone  else may give it a B and a 7/10.

    As you mention a rating system is always subjective. Nevertheles it would be good if every uploader could give it.
    But what is really the best way to find out if you like the sound or not is to give mp3 samples in the upload. This option is working now for some months already.

    i fully agree with that. i like how e.g. zomb have set it up - you can see the source at first glance in the listing, colour scheme included. helps sorting through too many uploads after not having checked a few days...

    in the end it all depends on what your plans are for this site long term - if you want to make this site the go to archive for bowie fans for a long time to come, then i think you have to include as much information as possible with every single torrent to keep it useful. and also sort out useless and/or double torrents of shows, like inferior sources etc.

    in an ideal world in the end you'd have something like zappateers for bowie fans, but obviously that will take a huge amount of time and dedication from the people running the site....

    anyway, that was my 2 cents  :D

    Another thing I noticed on another tracker which I liked was the time that I last logged in.

    I tend to come into the website when I can, usually every few hours and I personally find it useful to see the last time I visited so I can just look at the latest comments or  torrents added since then.
