Hi

I was just wondering if a torrent contaning studio outakes would be considered a 'banned' torrent.

Example:

Can You Here Me Call (The Young Americans Sessions) released by the EAT A PEACH label

This much talked about CD, as far as i can see contains NO ACTUAL released material. Yes, some tracks sound very close to the official release, but are NOT exactly the same.

The 'stripped' tracks, although comming from the official 5.1 version of the album, have never been released in the way they are mixed / presented here.

So in that light, for discussion purposes, would a torrent of this CD be banned?


Similarly, the Scary Monsters sessions - Vampires of the Human Flesh / Fresh From Divorce (or the other incarnations of this.

Fresh from Divorce had been banned as it had 3 offical releases
decision was 1 track would of been ok 3 no

Someone might remember or have verdict on Can You Hear Me Call
