I picked this up yesterday from Wolfsbane off 101guitars,

David Bowie - Mega-rare restored LP "The All-American Bowie" Long Beach Arena, CA 1973-03-10 AUD, includes an acoustic "My Death" - speed-corrected and rejoined *RIP Bowie*

There's not a whole lot to say about this album. It's not always a good recording, it suffers from wow and speed changes at times. But it is one of the rarer Bowie bootlegs, and you should have it for the first track. Major speed-up on the turntable, correct pitch was approximated as best as possible. This is the TMOQ 1888 version.
