Some overlooked ones I'd recommend:

1978 - Earls Court Last Night (SBD) - sadly only half the gig, but it's a storming performance.

1987 - New York's A Go Go (Glass Spider Tour Rehearsals - includes Scream Like A Baby and Because You're Young, which were never performed on the tour or live)

1987 - Berlin (SBD).  Not my favourite tour (and I saw a terrible, windy show at Wembley Stadium), but a great boot this.  

1989 - Tin Machine in Paris.  I prefer the first TM tour to the second one.  There was an energy to those first performances that was absent from the It's My Life Tour.

1990 - Montreal (SBD)

1995 - Hartford: Opening night of the Outside tour. Great audience quality recording of a cracking show.  The setlist hadn't yet been amended to include Under Pressure.  

1995 - Wembley Arena November 14th and November 15th.  Great audience recordings of superlative shows.  The setlist is very different to the US shows, opening with The Motel.  The 14th includes the last performance of I'm Deranged on the European tour.  

1996 - Brussels.  The first leg of the Outside tour as it was winding down.  Good audience boot.

1996 - Tokyo.  Second leg of the Outside tour, with the stripped down band.  Amazing performance of My Death, part accapella, part jazz arrangement.  Think South Horizon off Buddha, or the first version of Sue.   The setlist was transitioning between the European tour and the one he'd play at festivals that summer.

1996 - Phoenix.  If you only have one festival boot from 1996, make it this one.  Blistering performance, great sound.

I see there was a King Biscuit Flower Hour broadcast of the gig: presumably that pre-dates the official release and make the King Biscuit source shareable in a ROIO sense ...

[b]May I add my 2 centimes? There is some confusion about Uniondale 23/3/76.  The King Biscuit Flower Hour broadcast was vinyl'd a few months later under the title Resurrection On 84th Street. Many years later [far more than I would like to think I show] the concert was 'officially' released.

Many people fled to the hills with the vinyl release from 1976, screaming that it could no longer be posted because the new 'official' release circumvented it.

Au contraire, mes petits! The 'official' release is an edited version of the original master reels.  It is OK to post the Uniondale show from 1976 as long as it's not the new official release.

I am fond of the original release.  So was the sun when it melted my double vinyl LP set in the back of my Opel 1972 Rally.  


I have been looking for the first track, Station to Station, in FLAC for a long time.  I managed to download it and then I found out my PC was defective because its multiple hard drives kept frying [due, I think to the carton that contained it falling offa the fork lift in the warehouse.][/b]

yes I have the original resurrection on 84th street pressing, wish when they did the official release they would have kept the roughness and heavy guitar of the bootleg.
