So now that several EPs of Earthling's remixes has been released, do we finally have all remixes of Earthling that exist released on those EPs and Brilliant Adventures? (which is to say none that are exclusive to the original EPs, Earthling's two CD deluxe edition or some other issue)

Bowie became a remix demon in the 90s, huh? So many gosh darn remixes.

I'd agree.
The in-house CD-R versions are well worth tracking down at Record Fairs, as they are usually pre-'mastering', which means not brutally limited for volume.

Some People have them but they are never shared.
I bought a Heathen Sampler for a remix edit and a Meat Beat Manifesto CD 'comp' for an otherwise vinyl-only mix.
They should go back to expanded versions of each separate album.

I'm no sound engineer but I have a rough idea.
John Luongo liked one of my edits ....that'll do I thought.
Mostly just ideas that I 'wished' would have happened officially or cleaning up bootlegged stuff.
