First of all, thanks to all members that have donated in the past, but the balance on the sites account is getting low.
Here is a list of all donations received. All donations have been spent on server cost.

We currently have enough funds to keep the site running until January 20th 2017.
Therefore we need to ask for donations to keep the site running.

Since November 2015 BowieStation has been on payed servers. The current server cost is $98 a month.

Members that donate get access to premium services.

Site status:

- Still a lot of tapes from 83-91 from the collection of the private collector to be posted.
- Bootleg discography/artwork gallery still need some work before it is made public.
- BS 2.0 - Bowiestation re-designed and re-written is still in the plans...

I would like to apologize for being absent from the site lately, and that I haven't done much with planned improvements, a huge backlog on uploading torrents and a LOT of PMs that are not responded yet.
As some of you might might know I have been struggling with health issues in the last year (Mononucleosis/ME) leaving me with fatigue and concentration problems.
More torrents will be uploaded, updates to the site will happen, and PMs will be responded.
How fast depends on what I manage. My goal is to get through all un-responded messages from the last months this week.

I will definitely help whenever I can, but right now it's just catastrophic over here. Internet will go down tomorrow because I haven't even been able to pay the internet bill. So I'll be out for some 5 days or something probably. Got Bowiestation in my mind though for next year, crossing my fingers for better economy.

Hi All

Just a little update as to the donation situation. we have had quite a lot of donations not as many as back in Dec 2016 the last time we posted.

So the balance is looking good but don't stop please.

Thanks to all who have donated this time around.

Perhaps those bootleggers who download shows from this site and create pressed CDs & CD-R bootlegs would like to make a donation with all the profits they are making !!!!! Just thought I would get a little dig in.

Indeed. It was a quirk introduced when the site had its major update after the servers went down some time ago (gee, it might have been years ago at this point - actually 46 weeks, according to my post at the time). Some of the links in the sidebar (etc.) still use the TT2 links.

Still with no administrator about it's down to me to elevate this topic.

Well guys it's that time again, funds to keep this site alive are required once again, the last request back in August 2019 produced the following donations,

2019-11-10 Anonymous $24
2019-09-30 Anonymous $123
2019-09-28 Anonymous $37
2019-09-17 Anonymous $124
2019-08-30 Anonymous $18
2019-08-28 Anonymous $13
2019-08-27 Chrichton        $30
2019-08-25 boureed         $20
2019-08-24 Anonymous $25

As you can see there are 2 very large donations in that list and I wouldn't expect those guys on the list to donate again this time. We have around "8000" members here granted 25% of those are just fake.

Now when you look at the members downloading torrents
Yokohoma 1983 169 members downloaded this show
Freson 149, Pirates world 122, Bristol 72 133. Compare those numbers to the 9 members who kindly donated last time 9!!

So come on guys lets see some donations coming in example if 100 members donated $10 each that would almost get us through the full year.
The current balance in the account is £85.23 just about enough to pay the February fees.
In April there are a couple of payments for domain etc, etc.
