I downloaded it with MiniTool µtube downloader. I have the upgraded pay-version. Only with this it is possible to get the video in high resolution. But even then I had to download it as webm and then convert it to mp4. Maybe it's different with other download tools.

I tried it twice, the other program is " 4K Video Downloader+ ",and it is free shareware, 10 video-downloads a day are for free.
I got the high resolution on both.
