Thanks mistersussex, its very cleverly edited, I enjoyed it a lot :D and it's in much the same style as the Mercury awards video on the giant screens. I think the slowed-down effect adds more sadness and grit to the footage. I hope they release The Last Panthers OST mix of the song on Blackstar deluxe, or on the soundtrack CD.
