It was really great hearing the Star Special, I didnt know of that one.

It made me think of a record I for no sane reason have three of, the Danish pressed: Let's Talk / Rare Interview.  That record have all the talk but just intro and outtro of the music. Anyway I got curious and googled it, and to my pleasant surprise I fount that a Tayler Henry, had a version on mixcloud with all the music added.
The picture Lp I have is from 1983, on Just Another Collection I found out that it originated from a radio recording in 1979 and was broadcast in 1980 as A King Biscuit Hour Special called: John I'm Only Dancing- A Look at the 70's.

Are there more radio show where Bowie is the DJ?

I think that Tyrannosaurus Rex changed their name to T.Rex a year or two after that single was released, sounding a bit more glam than prog  :D
