I use DVDVideoSoft Free Studio, it has a bunch of stuff and is very easy to use.

I use this to download from youtube http://www.zevera.com/default?c=avaxhome&subid=

I use XLD to convert or xACT to convert from flac. Why compress to MP3 and strange them why not convert them to M4A or keep them as flac?
