Hi - re: the recording I uploaded of the Florence Welch-narrated show: the echo on everyone's voices was on the original broadcast (why they felt the need for that, I don't know), but I can try to edit it out. I'll work on it tonight and upload a cleaned-up version tomorrow morning.

Hi Sundust,

Over the years, I’ve uploaded hundreds of BBC radio shows and never had any issues though the soundcard but on grabbing your upload and hearing the echoes I decided to grab any old show to see, and guess what they all echo like yours. This looks like the beeb have decided to stop us doing this by I guess installing new software.

Many thanks for uploading and good luck with the fix.

For now and to get myself a better sounding copy I am recording it from
Skybox>>>BBC Radio 2>>>DVD>>>Audio Rip.

Not ideal I know but it is the only way I know.

Ah, bugger. I have get_iplayer but it'll be lossy. I could upload a get_iplayer rip to do for now.
