Waiting For The Man was never broadcast. Memory Of A Free Festival is on the official At The Beeb and a vinyl boot which i is partially or entirely lifted from the official set.

sounds like a partial upgrade to what's on the tracker.

edit: nevermind, this has a degraded version of the Bowie at the Beeb source edited in.

Disclaimer - I may have the wrong session in mind here, so that said this one is available in full on a couple of boots.
The Rise & Rise of Ziggy Stardust (on CD2)
The Ultimate BBC Radio Recording Sessions (on CD3)

Plus in part - usually missing "The Supermen" - on a couple more
The Essential David Bowie (vol 2)
God Knows I'm Good (The BBC Sessions 1967-1972)

The ones you want are often labelled as "Sounds Of The Seventies" dated 25 March 1970 or sometimes (in the case of "The Essential" 6th April 1970 but that is not correct.

The tracks were
Waiting For The Man
Width Of A Circle
Wild-Eyed Boy From Freecloud
The Supermen

considering how soon after the folk type performances from the BBC Paris Radio Theatre these are, this session is downright heavy & close to outright Prog at times - especially WFTM & WOAC.
Simply superb.

Officially, "The Supermen" is on the official 4album vinyl set only.
On the official CD version, only "Wild-Eyed Boy From Freecloud" is included.

If we are talking about a live show as opposed to the Studio sessions, then we must be referring to "The Sunday Show" introduced by John Peel from 2nd February 1070.
Again this is included complete & in full on the 8CD Box Set "The Ultimate BBC Radio Recording Sessions" as CD#2.
Officially released on the CD were 6 tracks of the 14 played:
Amsterdam
God Knows I'm Good
Width Of A Circle
Unwashed & Somewhat Slightly Dazed
Cygnet Committee
Memory Of A Free Festival.

The full tracklist for those interested is
Amsterdam
God Knows I'm Good
Buzz The Fuzz
Karma Man
London Bye Ta-Ta
An Occasional Dream
Width Of A Circle
Janine
Wild-Eyed Boy From Freecloud
Unwashed & Somewhat Slightly Dazed
Fill Your Heart
The Prettiest Star
Cygnet Committee
Memory Of A Free Festival
(these are interspersed with various John Peel introductions & comments)

Not to be confused with the "In Concert With John Peel" show from June 3rd, which has a quite different running order & set list altogether.

Hope this helps rather than confuses

David Bowie & The Hype 1970-02-05 London ,Paris Cinema Studio ,BBC Session
Broadcast on 8th february 1970
Studio : BBC Paris Studio ,London

01 Amsterdam.
02. God Knows Im God.
03. Buzz The Fuzz.
04. Karma Man.
05. London Bye Ta Ta.
06. An Occasional Dream.
07. The Width Of A Circle.
08. Janine.
09. Wild Eyed Boy From Freecloud.
10. Unwashed And Somewhat Slightly Dazed.
11. Fill Your Heart.
12. I’m Waiting For The Man (Not Broadcast)
13. The Prettiest Star.
14. Cygnet Committee.
15. Memory Of A Free Festival

‘Waiting For The Man’ was recorded but not broadcast (and is now lost),

Memory Of A Free Festival’ was edited down from 6’40” to 3’12”.

The BBC didn’t include tracks from this show on their “Bowie At The Beeb” broadcast, because the master tape had accidentally been wiped. To everybody’s surprise, a cassette taped from the radio in 1970 surfaced in 1984. Nobody complained that the sound quality was rather poor, John Peel’s introductions had crudely been edited out and ‘Memory Of A Free Festival’ was missing altogether.

The first bootleg LP issue in 1984 was No More Sleeping With Ken Pitt , re-released as We Were So Turned On (idem), and London Studios (idem). A year later, Janine  appeared, on which the sound quality was much better and the original running order of the songs was restored. This album was reissued on CD as The Day And The Moon ; many re-releases have since followed, i.e. A Semi-Acoustic Love Affair , which has been made from a cassette, and is not a straight copy of Janine.

As the master tape had been wiped, Bowie himself came to the rescue and offered his personal copy of the show for the Bowie At The Beeb CD.

It is absolutely great to hear Amsterdam/God Knows I’m Good/The Width Of A Circle/Unwashed And Somewhat Slightly Dazed/Cygnet Commitee/Memory Of A Free Festival and John Peel’s commentary in (almost) impeccable sound quality. It certainly makes one long for a complete release one day

Musicians
David Bowie – vocals ,guitar ,keyboard
plus The Tony Visconti Trio
Tony Visconti – bass
Mick Ronson – guitar
John cambridge – drums

The Bowie at the Beeb tracks from this Feb 1970 session had a lot of between song banter between John Peel and David.  The bootleg CDs that I have heard over the years have never included those.

Is there a version of the session that has more of the conversation/banter or do they all come the same source tape with conversation edited out?

The "Hype is David Bowie's New Band" CD listed above is listed as better quality (8.5) on Diedrich's website and also has the partial Memory of a Free Festival.  Does that have additional conversation?

Is it possible that it can be uploaded if somebody has it?

There is a version with all the chat included, but still missing WFTM and with the edited MOAFF.
You need the 8CD Box Set:

The Ultimate BBC Radio Recording Sessions 1967-2000
8CD Box Set Edition, (Magic Bus MB 06)
