Just wondering if anyone here who own the vinyl version of WTTB have compared it to the various Earls Court 78 torrents available on the tracker with regard to running speed?

I dont have a record deck, so I've made do with a needle drop of WTTB that someone had put up on the web, while waiting for the CD set to land (due late June)-

Although the needle drop sounds great it also appears to run faster than the Earls Court torrent, (and other available shows from around the same time period of the tour). I had heard that when Bowie & David Richards mixed the tapes they had sped things up to suit Hemmings film.

So what do owners of the RSD vinyl version think? Is it fast or was it the needle drop on the web that was recorded too fast?

(I guess when the CD arrives I'll find out for sure one way or the other.)

i have the vinyl but have decided to leave it sealed for the time being, i also downloaded a needle drop from the web.

The needle drop is to fast,the vinyl is fine.
