An edited, censored, and resequenced US broadcast with a logo in the lower right corner that says "MHD Music High Definition" (an MTV channel from the early days of HD), contained these tracks --
16. I'm Afraid of Americans / 5. All the Young Dudes / 10. The Loneliest Guy/ 17. Heroes
-- but unfortunately the HD broadcast has never been shared; it was reduced in quality down to 480. You can get the reduced quality version here: https://www.bowiestation.com/torrents-details.php?id=486

Also, one additional song turned up on YouTube, 4. Sister Midnight - no logo, also in only 480, from the official Bowie Vevo channel. The copyright notice says the video is owned by ISO Records.

Also, one song with the UK's ITV2 logo turned up, 5. All the Young Dudes - from one of two highlight programs that Channel 4 quickly assembled (see quote below). This video is in PAL 576 format, and I'm not sure where I got this but since it is 576 it did not come from YouTube (which doesn't support 576 resolution). It probably came from a PAL dvd compilation.

Here is an article that says that Channel 4 broadcast 5. All the Young Dudes and 17. Heroes, as part of a pair of highlight programs. I think ITV2 and Channel 4 were working together, so when you see "Channel 4" think "Channel 4 and ITV2":  "Channel 4 had the rights, and broadcast two hour-long highlights programmes. The first, shown in the early hours of Sunday 13 June, showed highlights of the Friday's and half of Saturday's performances. The second, shown in the early hours of Monday 14 June, showed acts that performed near the end of Saturday as well as acts that performed on Sunday."... "David Bowie: All The Young Dudes / Heroes"

Also, another US cable channel from back then, INHD or INHD2, may also have broadcast parts of the show - probably just the same four songs as were shown on MHD. But unlike MHD the INHD and INHD2 channels had some sort of copy-protection signal that prevented people from recording them on their DVRs. Would have been good to have, because supposedly the INHD logo was smaller than the giant and colorful MHD logo.
