According to Mark Adams' liner notes to The Deram Anthology, Pussy Cat and Bunny Thing are in the Decca vaults, but they were asked by Bowie's people not to issue them. Surely there must be some control over this tape as well?

seems odd that they would  restrict  those songs and let others out . There is a fan base who want everything warts and all , may as well open the doors and let everyonre see instead of this drip fed leaks and "found in attic" tapes . I dont  understand the objections , particularly to these songs . Now we know they exist  &   have heard snippets  may as well  release them.
