I am completely confused. All I want to do is hear the BBC 2 Radio Show "Exploring Life on Mars" and I found it but my mac laptop doesn't support it and can't play it. Quite frankly I'm nervous about downloading other programs to play it, and I don't know how to do that anyway. There's probably a lot of things on here I'd love to listen to, but it seems this site is for people with a lot more technical knowledge than I!

You should also be able to convert the FLAC straight back to a WAV or an AIF file.
I never did understand why Mac refuse to support FLAC.

Alternatively, you can always try VLC for Mac OS:
