Anybody knows the most trustworthy/accurate place to uncover which musicians played on which Bowie recordings?

There seems to be quite a few discrepancies between the info found in Chris O' Learys books and https://www.bowiebible.com/ - just as an example.

Where do one find the most historically correct info?

Discogs get so much wrong it's not funny.
Sure it is possible to correct them, and they will eventually update their info but from experience I am still trying to get proper credit for work I have done that is simply not either properly acknowledged or (on some releases) not even listed.

That said it can be a starting point, but Liner Notes are usually the best way to go.

People online still quote Wikipedia.
Me, Myself & 'I' have edited things on it.....
Discogs is 'an online shopping mall' = One of their underlings told me that in an email.
They also have told me on several occasions that I was right and The Seller was an effing comedian.
In nicer words though.
Scans of stuff....is all I meant.
The 'Japan for US' CD version of 'After All' RCA....IS the best sounding version I have disco-vered.
The Ryko's try to imitate it.

No Way - the version on the reel is by far & away better.
None of the RCA CD came from the original tapes, but from Umatic Red Book Digital backups.
