Took the liberty of removing borders from the video:

David Bowie - 2003-10-20 - Palais Omnisport de Paris Bercy - Paris - France (Acoustic 2003 TV5Monde - 2003-11-20 ---> 2016-01-11 HD !)

to make it (almost) full screen plus cutting out the interviews. What remains is a 4 song almost full screen video from the 20. oct. Paris koncert

Why does this say its an Acoustic 2003 performance
The only acoustic instruments seem to be the drums and the harmonica !
The guitars, bass and keyboards are all Electric...or are they all miming ?

Yeah... Good question. The reason I downloaded the torrent was because it was branded acoustic. But it's just the normal songs from a reality tour show. But anyways - once i had it on my laptop the huge borders and french interviews bothered me . And with full hd source it was possible to remove borders without getting the pictures too grainy
