To be serious Steve if this is real it's quite something but I am dubious. I am not sure I would like to invest that sort of money for something so fragile.
If only we could aquire a recording then we could research it better.

I have been looking at this acetate and would not encourage anyone to buy it expecting an alternate take or a truly unedited track.
If the seller had something truly unique, he would make a point of detailing the differences.
