Here's my breakdown of the tracks which shows every unique version.
Cut from a spreadsheet so excuse formatting, the fourth column in the track number on the original release.
I think I did my own analysis but there's chat here too.

They are flacs but sourced from here (well MindWarp) and are presumed lossy.

These notes are included but they are just cut and pasted from IdbD.

Baby Universal: #1 and #2 sound very similar but at about 2'20" ('I'm the baby now') there's a not-too-successful baby cry in #2, so I guess these are different takes. Both start with a guitar instead of the 'Baby baby baby'. #3 and #4 are very close to the 7" version as found on the CD-single but the intro is different, with the lead guitar already kicking in before the 'You-can-talking' sequence. Also after 'Failures as fathers, mothers to chaos' at 0'53" there's a sweeping sound not present in either officially released version. As it is present in both #3 and #4 I think they are identical. #4 is slightly better concerning sound quality and it's faded out before the cold ending of #3 but I haven't been able to detect any significant differences.

One Shot: all takes lack the acceleration of the album version. #1 to #4 are easily separated because of the different intros. #5 and #6 are identical and since #5 suffers from tape flaws and #6 is in slightly better sound quality, #5 can be dismissed.

BTW, I suppose these takes were recorded in Sydney and precede the Los Angeles re-recording under the supervision of Hugh Padgham?

EDIT: #6 is identical to the alternate version found on youtube. As this was taken from an early version of Tin Machine II, the theory above makes sense. The new songs recorded in LA then probably would be One Shot, If There Is Something and Goodbye Mr. Ed.

You Belong In Rock 'N' Roll: #1 (instrumental) and #2 are unique. #4 sounds like the first 22 seconds of #3, albeit in better sound quality. But this doesn't really matter, as #3 is just the album version.

Amlapura: all four versions are unique. #2 and #3 are closest to the officially released English and Indonesian versions but a/o they have a kick drum in the intro.

Betty Wrong: first of all, the album version can be distinguished from the version on the soundtrack of The Crossing by the added sax line in the intro, the 'rattle' at 1'30" (during 'Now your breath...') and another sax line at 2'30".

#1 (instrumental) and #3 are unique takes. The latter has two notes of guitar just before the song starts which are repeated at 0'16". Besides, the guitar is higher in the mix and Bowie's vocal much lower; I haven't bothered to find other differences. #2 is identical to the version on The Crossing, #4 is the album version.

You Can't Talk: all versions are different from the album version, as Bowie ends the choruses with 'I know you don't blow me away' instead of 'I know you don't blow me' (e.g. at around 1'16";). #1 sounds like a demo, recorded at a slower pace than the other takes. The rest seems to share the same Bowie vocal but they differ slightly musically. The cold endings of #2 and #4/#5 are different of course but it took me ages to find an appropriate section to spot any further differences. In the 'Call you under over out' break at around 2'22":

    #2 is completely silent
    #3 uses a high hat
#4 and #5 have a guitar moving from speaker to speaker

I couldn't find any differences between #4 and #5, except that #5 has a better sound.

Stateside: thanks goodness that the four versions can be identified as different already by their intros!

Shopping For Girls: a very slightly different mix. There's an echo on the lines 'Gaze down in to her eyes for a million miles/Wanna give her a name and a clean rag doll' that's absent from the album version.

A Big Hurt: #2 is instrumental but I can't spot any difference between #1, #3 and the album version (e.g. check the 'Woo woo' after 'Kiss It For Me' at around 2'32";). #4 is just a snippet that isn't worth checking. #1 and #3 sound different but I think this is mainly because of the worse sound quality of #3. And frankly I can't be bothered to spend more time with such a piece of crap.

Sorry: I'm very sorry too! ;) At 2'15" there's a sax line in #1 that's not present in #2. Both are much longer than the album version.

It's Tough: three different versions. #3 apparently was scheduled to appear on Tin Machine II as this version is identical to the one that appeared on youtube. The youtube version supposedly was taken from an early version of the album and definitely is from a different source (CD rather than cassette). The 'album version' omits part of the intro of #3 and kicks in with the guitar riff.

This song was ultimately replaced with If There Is Something.

unless i'm losing my mind the biggest difference between the versions of It's Tough is that version 1 has completely different lyrics besides the chorus.

Hammerhead: a different mix/take, as Bowie omits the 'Yoopie-ay' after 'It was life at the top'. Also the sax is missing from the coda.

Needles On The Beach: as far as I can hear this is just one version, identical to the one on the Beyond The Beach compilation (Upstart CD 012). #1 is complete with cold ending.

    - Baby Universal #3 and #4 are identical, although #4 is incomplete.
    - One Shot: #5 and #6 are identical.
    - You Belong In Rock 'N' Roll: #3 is the album version.
    - Betty Wrong: #2 is identical to the version on The Crossing, #4 is the album version.
    - You Can't Talk: #4 and #5 are identical.
    - A Big Hurt: #1 and #3 are identical to the album version.
    - Needles On The Beach: #1 and #3 are identical, but longer than the version on Beyond The Beach.
