Hello everyone,
     I'm new to this site, just found out about it last night. I've been a big fan since my first show in Austin 8-20-83. Got to see him 6 times total, including a Tin Machine show in Dallas 91. Still gutted over the news last week, I think I'm in denial so just keep on playing his music. Looking forward to downloading some shows I don't have.

Unfortunately it was changed back to Bowie street on Tuesday. It was cool while it lasted and the City of Austin let it stay up a week, they could have changed it right away. The director of SXSW fessed up to making the change. Nice tribute. I drove by it twice on Sunday and there were about 30-40 fans outside and a stereo was playing Changes loudly. Made me smile!
