Hi everyone here is something you might like, the multitracks to seven Bowie songs in mogg format!!

On a Mac you can download audacity and play these tracks and isolate them. Drums are usually at the top, vocals are usually the bottom tracks.
Need to find a way to isolate and convert to Aiffs so I can mess with them in Garage band

A question for sound experts here: how do they manage to lay their hands on such tracks? Is there any "treatment" that can be applied to the original tracks to obtain such result (a sort of "demuxing";)?
(I realize it's a village idiot's question but I know nothing about sound treatment...)

Hi No control, these are obviously from the masters as, the drum tracks are separate and there are dual vocal layers,it's usually remix djs who leak this kind of material

Now that's a good question. Also, did anyone elses computer crash when thay went onto the link? Mine did, the computer froze and i had to pull the plug out the back and restart the computer again.

Space Oddity and Golden Years are likely sourced from the Golden Years MultiTrack App that came out on iOS a few years back, alternatively Space Oddity could be from that multitrack digital release that appeared on iTunes/Spotify.  The rest are ripped from the Rockband game files.
