On all the Blackstar promo photos David doesn't have his ring, while on promo photos for previous albums he's wearing it. What do you think could be the reason?

Same thing happened to my father in law before he passed away. I suppose he could have got it resized but decided not to. I'm guessing Iman would have wanted the same. The question about his wedding ring is not new. It was discussed on other forums (but without satisfactory answer).
David always wore his wedding ring until the autumn of the 2008.
And he never wore it later. There is no ring on his promo photos for "The Next Day" album too.
I know only one photo of him with the ring - it was in 2013 - from the shooting of video "Stars are out today".
If you are right about the size of the ring - this problem appeared in 2008.

It's possible he had "issues" going back a number of years - we don't know.

But then again maybe he just wasn't interested in wearing jewelry any more.

I'm still working on my problem with David's untimely death, this week I had listened to the first complete 2-3 CD's since that black monday and said to myself: "I have to get over it".
So may Your words help me to get over to a 'normal' life again.
