Taratata with Bowie and Smashing Pumpkins was broadcasted for the first time the 1996 01 28.
But the show was recorded in Paris in 1995.
I have two dates for this record and Bassman can't help me .
1995 12 10 or 1995 11 11.
Who could give me the good date ? ;-)

Best guess is Dec 10 not Nov 11.

Either is possible.
November 11 was just a couple days after he was in London for Top of the Pops.
December 10 is the day before he performed for MTV at Opera Le Bastille in Paris.

My opinion is December 10 because the December 11 setlist is nearly identical.

To add more possibilities to the mix, this blog says the Taratata gig was recorded early in the day of Dec 11, the very same day as the Dec 11 MTV gig. That seems unlikely, and may be a translation error. So I'd say Dec 10 is the best guess.
