I almost never listen to the concert audience recordings, but I love to listen to the professional recorded shows. Being at a show I enjoy a lively audience, but listening to a recorded concert at home the guy shouting close to the mike annoys me.
With the help of http://www.davidbowieworld.nl/ I've now have a list of complete (or almost complete) shows I listen to. These shows are (as I believe) both professionally recorded, and have a sound quality close to CD releases.

Please use this list as inspiration I you like me prefers professional recorded shows. And please add to the list, I you feel I missed anything. (Audience recordings with super SQ and no annoying shouting close to the mike are also welcome)

Here's an addendum:

1972 saw 3 shows professionally recorded (i don't know why Santa Monica wasn't remixed for the official release; maybe they no longer have the multitracks?)

1972 09 28 (1 song "My Death" officially available on RARESTONEBOWIE)
1972 10 01 (4 songs "Changes", "The Supermen", "Life On Mars?" and "John, I'm Only Dancing" officially available on Aladdin Sane 30th anniversary edition, and with the exception of "Life On Mars?" also on the CDROM disc of the original 1989 edition of Sound & Vision)

The 1980 Floor Show multitracks sadly had deteoriated into unusability by the time they were putting together the Ryko discs.

1974:

1974 07 10-13 (the recording dates for David Live)

1978:

1978 04 28-29, 05 05-06 (dates for Stage)
1978 06 30-01 (dates for Welcome To The Blackout and the scrapped concert movie; possibly 06 29 too, but nothing was used from it, it seems)

1995:

whatever show/s was/were filmed for the scrapped Dissonance Bowie|NiN concert video.

1997:

1997 06 10 ("I'm Deranged", "Telling Lies" and "The Motel" on Liveandwell.com)
1997 07 05 ("The Hearts Filthy Lesson" on Liveandwell.com)
1997 11 02 ("Hallo Spaceboy" and "The Voyeur Of Utter Destruction (As Beauty)" on Liveandwell.com)

2003:

2003 11 22-23 (dates for A Reality Tour)

wasn't Madrid 1990 filmed (videotaped?) for a scrapped official release or am I misremembering something i read?

No one is shouting here.. Dallas LQQks good, but DB had said he didnt care much for this show as people were being Crass & Booing. It was also reported that he'd not want to ever play Dallas AGAIN !!!

Add Perth 78 to the list.  Art Decade from that show was on the b-side of the 40th anniversary Be My Wife, and I'm sure I saw somewhere (but I'm b*ggered if I can remember where) that it was broadcast on FM.  If so, nobody seems to have recorded it!!

Not my words, but from the old teenagewildlife site at the Brussels entry

Without any doubt until that nite it was the best Bowie show I ever saw live. He was in a great mood!! The complete show was filmed professionally, however never apeared on TV. Strange since Bowie was Fab that nite, maybe due to the cameras. Never forget this show anyways will write a longer review on this show soon
