I am re-digitizing my vinyl collection and realized that the Day-In Day-Out promo single had two mixes never released anywhere else, and as they're on a promo release, they were never available for sale:

Day-In Day-Out (7" Dance Edit)
Day-In Day-Out (Edited Dance Mix)

Although I'm sure people on this site will argue the merits of this song, I'll just say that these two mixes are far superior to the other single releases of the day, even though they're based off the Extended Dance Mix.

Would these be allowed as torrents on this site? I can't seem to find the guidance anywhere that clarifies that. Thank you!

All that said, there are plenty of tracks hosted here that are actually readily available officially such as BBC sessions (Rise and Rise of Ziggy etc), and loads of the things that have turned up on Conversation Piece, Width, Star etc.

So yes, uploading offically released tracks is not allowed here, but thankfully management of this site is not puritanical like Dime etc.

Most would just upload them as a (now defunct) Zippy link in the chatbox.
