A week ago we were on the edge of calling it a day, but the final call for help with a big ugly donate button really helped out. We have now received funds to keep the site running for more than a year.

A BIG thanks to everyone that helped out!

We have decided to reduce some costs of running the site and will be removing the extra hosts we have had that gave some extra benefits on the site. Those hosts will be gone within some weeks and what basically will go away is audio and video streaming of the torrents on site. Not sure how much that was used and if it will be missed, but the cost to have it is too high when we no longer receive donations like in the early years of this site.

Behind the scenes I have started to work on the future of the site, since updates have to be made.
One thing that most likely will be needed is to reset the passwords when updates go online, and to do that you need a valid email address registered on Bowiestation. So for all of you, please check the email address registered and update it if needed.
