Greetings, I've always loved the bonus tracks on the re-releases from Boston, Cleveland and Carnegie Hall. Have only those select tracks (in soundboard quality) ever been released in full shows on bootleg? Many thanks!

The three tracks from 1972-10-01 Music Hall, Boston ("John I'm Only Dancing"/"Changes"/"The Supermen" ) as released by Ryko on the Sound + Vision bonus disc "Sound + Vision Plus" ) were from the only reel of that show that was found.

The rest of the show might turn up once Bowie's archives are more carefully inventoried, perhaps.

Boston - Ziggy Plays Velvets Rock & Roll - http://www.bowiestation.com/TT2/torrents-details.php?id=970
Cleveland - Ziggy's Invasion of America etc - http://www.bowiestation.com/TT2/torrents-details.php?id=1024

Both reasonably widely available.  Carnegie must exist, but so far only the one track has emerged.

Don't blame me, I didn't do it!

Cleveland 72 was not recorded from soundboard nor recorded and later broadcast by the WMMS radio station.  WMMS in Cleveland actually broadcast the Santa Monica 72 show.  The bonus track on 30th Anniversary AS, My Death, was taken from an audience recording of the whole show that was first released on the bootleg Va Va Voom.

I would love to hear Carnegie. I've never understood the hoarders - material will just die with them if anything happens because the families won't know its value to us fans, and it'll get thrown out.

Not strictly true - there is also a 4th one.
"My Death" is on the "Absolutely Rare" set from the same show.

Also, the Va Va Va Voom bootleg was not the source for the version of "Drive-In Saturday" either.....that disc is at the wrong pitch & speed, and the one on Aladdin Sane 30th is correct.....

I've just played vavavavoom on top of 30th anniversary version and I must be missing something as it seems identical?
