Had an idea of making a list of a Bowie Core Collection to make it easier for new user to know what they should start with downloading. I'm thinking about 2-3 recordings from each tour.

Any thoughts and suggestions on what should be included?

Sorry, I must shout out : 1987-08-30 montreal is meanwhile official released, You better not seed it here even when it is not so wide distributed.

What about:

David Bowie - A Son Of The Circus (1987) Flac [3cd]
Lansdowne Park
Ottawa, Canada
28th August 1987

it has perfect quality, is a complete Glass Spider Concert and is not official released !!

I think we may need to consider what is OK, and what is not.

eg, my vinyl rip of His Master's Voice is from a pre-legitimate source of the farewell show...do we allow it?

The Rise and Rise Of Ziggy is from pre-BBC Sessions legitimate release, but has similar quality audio... do we allow that?

Cheers,
GK

My opinion is - If the boot pre-dates the legit release then it should be good to go [as long as proof of such is contained in/with the torrent].

I have that. If it hasn't already been seeded, I can do it.

For me it is anything that I would consider "essential" so that would include studio goodies too.

Studio goodies is just fine as long as they can be shared here.

I will let this discussion run a little longer and then make a list based on the suggestions.
