I didnt have time to do proper scans these are from the net.

10-11 possibly Elstree studios?? , to be honest not had time to listen to it, just ripped and uploaded via wetransfer.

They are Elstree Studios - it says this on the inside.
The statement - somewhat inaccurately - is that 'these were missing on earlier releases' yet I have a set with both of these included.....as well as 2 others where they are indeed not there.

TTGTH is also not new to me - it's on CD2 of the LongBox 'A Lot Of Toys', Glastonbury Messiah, Toying,  (as the 'Hours' out-take) and there is also a version on the 'Absolute Beginners' soundtrack, although if truth be told the version on the 'A Lot Of Toys' set is over-limited and very toppy in comparison, the 'Glastonbury Messiah' version is closer in terms of the overall sound but seems shorter - 'People On Streets' version runs at 5.05 but the Glasto Messiah version is 4:45.
Probably all from the same source - the Promo CD 'Fun' from Virgin Records

first of all, I know who did the editing, he took the youtube clip and added it with the  '' offical ''version  accelerating the beat, you will see the edition in the phrase '' Here it comes again '' and at the end he added the real ending with the voice of David Sanborn (which is available at a Toby Seay conference)
