I think the Sao Paulo part is actually Rio. I'll check it out later tonight.

I'm not sure if the SP is Rio or not. All transitions are edited out and replaced with crowd noise that doesn't sound natural. China Girl also misses the first seconds. The songs also seems out of order. It is clearly doctored, probably to make it look like something "new". Hard to say what the original source was. It is supposedly sourced from video, and tapes of Sao Paulo has actually been Rio. Don't know if the show from SP was broadcasted.

The transistions between songs on the Buenos Aires part is also edited/doctored.

both let's dance with  arh arh arh brr cha cha ooh ooh intro and when he sings sway through the crowd (1min) stay sounds like tay, trembling like a Flower (2nd chorus) sounds like he's forgotten words and may of been going to sing something starting with g like garden

and in Changes when the ripples change their size he has a bit of a laugh afterwards

been comparing with mistral's Rock in Rio

was Something good in Rio's Water 90% whiskey?
some of the singing sounds like he's had a few
