Thought I'd mention that Woody's touring the UK/Dublin in June, starting at the Isle of Wight Festival on the 12th and finishing in Shepherds Bush Empire O2 on the 30th before jetting off to Japan in July. He's appearing with Tony Visconti and they are playing the whole of the Man Who Sold the World album as well as other hits. They also have a live double album coming out on Amazon on 1st June (The Man Who Sold The World Live In London) as well as selling the vinyl album at their UK gigs.

I saw him last year in Norwich, as I mentioned on MWP, and liked the gig a lot as it's the closest I will ever come to hearing the Spiders as was. I know it's not the same but he is the original drummer and, if you know the early Bowie tracks from Space Oddity to Aladdin Sane then it's like being transported back 40 years as he's obviously got the rhythm. I'm off to see him a couple of times next month, once in Norwich and once in Colchester.

We also had the opportunity to meet with him afterwards and he's a really nice down to earth guy. Here's hoping we bump into him again! :)

Yup, it was great! Saw him in Norwich and Colchester this time and also did the meet and greet afterwards in Colchester.  Bought the LP and got them all (bar Berenice who didn't show) to sign it.

He wasn't referring to site colouring. It's more to do with the nature of wood and what type.  :-)

It's the same set list played at both Norwich and Colchester. Only difference is that we had Marc Almond singing on three of the tracks in Colchester.
