It probably was (see here: http://www.theguardian.com/music/2011/mar/23/david-bowie-toy-album-leak) but, along with Can't Help Thinking About Me, wasn't part of the Toy 'leak' back in 2011.

Oh, it's a great pity! I love all the Toy stuff, and being my favouirite Let me sleep beside you, I wolud die to hear Karma Man, and Can't help too, of course.
I hope some day we can hear all of them as it was meant to be.

Yes, one of the box sets will surely cover it. Like they have added 'The Gouster' to the box with 'Young Americans', I assume 'Toy' will be the 'unreleased' album in the box that covers 'Heathen', when we eventually get there in three years time !

I`m sure you probably know "Cant help thinking about me" was updated , played live & rocking (on Mark Radliffe 1999 session ) so we have an idea how the studio version might   sound when  the legit  "Toy" finally escapes !
