"Near the end of the last century, David Bowie's 'Outside' tour came to Ireland - the performance at Dublin's Point Depot on November 24th 1995 was captured by five known audience recorders, including two on video camera - this is undisputed fact.  Legend has it that an anonymous private collector, for reasons unknown, commissioned an edit from the best of these sources to be transferred to 16mm film.  Many years later, a box full of old film reels was discovered on a dusty shelf in the store room of a derelict shop - registered proprietor Mr. Algeria Touchshriek (deceased) …"
