This is probably guesswork & referring to the "Five Years" set & ideology that started with the TV docco & continued recently with the first big box set - this will almost certainly finish.
How much new material is there remains to be seen - Tony says in an article somewhere (the Mojo Special Edition IIRC) that they both thought he had more time.......and they were talking about another album, but no comment on how much - if anything - is still to be released.

Try this for a Video Anthology.  

Rage - David Bowie Tribute (night 1). I don't think night 2 eventuated!

ABC-TV (Australia) did a nice ad-free tribute. Rage is a music clip show, it's  been running twenty years or so. It's a big file but it is six hours long!

There must be an avalanche of footage that sits in the archives of television companies across the world. It would be a major and fascinating project to have this digitised and remastered. Sadly there always seems to be some copyright or licensing problems and these projects seldom get off the ground. Still, we can keep dreaming of that elusive blu ray box set :-)

There are five finished tracks that were intended for a follow up to Blackstar, but now will probably be released on a deluxe version of Blackstar. There are at least two other finished albums and tons of songs that never made it on to an album. Then, of course, there are the alternate versions, demos, and so forth.

And from what I hear, that's just the start of it. New releases for years to come.
