Does anyone know what volume the clips from "The Elephant Man" stage play Bowie starred in was on? and will any of these make it here?

If you go to search torrents put in "Watch that Man" it will give you all the Volumes

or Browse torrents pick Bowie Videos the series was first videos uploaded

the only Volume you'll find missing is Vol 3 as that is the Ziggy Stardust Motion Picture so couldn't be included as official release
