some sites says davidbowie.com, but i cant find any info about it
and some say they are sold out in april
and some say the record store day is 1t 29 august 2020

and some have orderd it from rhino but i cant find it

If You find a record store that also sell online, here in Sweden anyway, they put out the Record Store Day releases (after closing the physical shop) for online orders. The same day.
No pre-orders and on the release date set by record store day.
