I've got the Brazilian TV Broadcast version with encores and Q&A plus an audience recording from a big screen which is more for completists, but probably is the only complete version available as it contains no cuts, as far as I know.

I was not aware the US had a different version - bought the CD/DVD set on release.
Is it just me or does anyone else think the live version is actually better?

It certainly does - and thankfully the mix on the DVD is on there in PCM Stereo as well, not the dreaded AC3 (which really should never be used on a music disc, even at 448kbps, because of the top end issues it creates.
